Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery outside Australia is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

• Orders of AUD 89.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Orders below AUD 89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.

Taxes

All product prices displayed on our store include applicable taxes. No additional tax charges will be added at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day. If an order is placed on a rest day, processing will begin on the next business day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Carriers

We may use DHL, FedEx, or UPS to deliver orders, depending on the destination and shipping arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address. You may use the tracking number provided to check the latest shipping status.

Liability Statement

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the transportation process is managed by the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance with tracking and communication when needed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances. If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided when placing an order, any resulting delay or delivery issue will be the responsibility of the customer.

Receipt Notice

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged or unusual, we recommend taking photos immediately and noting the issue when accepting the package. If any issue is discovered after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
