Shipping Policy

 

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Australia only. Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders of 89.99 AUD or above, including 89.99 AUD, qualify for free delivery. Orders below 89.99 AUD are charged a flat delivery fee of 9.99 AUD.

All product prices include applicable taxes, and no additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

3. Order Cut Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 are processed starting from the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next day. If the processing start date falls on a non working day, processing will begin on the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After an order is confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch preparation, and does not include transit time.

5. Transit Timeframe

The estimated overall transit timeframe is 5 to 9 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier arrangements, regional differences, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

6. Logistics Carriers

We may use one or more of the following carriers depending on operational needs and destination coverage.

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS

7. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided after the order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to check the latest shipment status and delivery progress.

8. Responsibility Statement

Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery. If delays or delivery failures occur due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout, the responsibility rests with the purchaser. If delays occur due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather or transportation disruptions, we will provide reasonable assistance, but we are not responsible for additional losses arising from such delays.

9. Delivery And Signature Notes

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the package shows visible damage, crushing, or other abnormalities, it is recommended to record the condition at the time of delivery and contact the carrier promptly. If any issues are discovered after signing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with next steps.
