Easevello (hereinafter referred to as "We") accepts order cancellation requests before the order has entered the shipping process. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available. We recommend submitting cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing an order to ensure timely handling.

The order cancellation process is as follows.

  • Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request order cancellation, and provide your order number, proof of payment, and other relevant information.
  • Our customer service team will review and process your request. Once approved, we will notify you of the result as soon as possible and arrange the refund accordingly.

3. Refund Information

After the order cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, such as a bank card, Visa card, or MasterCard.
