Return and Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos. After receiving your request, our customer service team will review it and contact you using your provided contact details if the request is approved. You will then be given the return address for sending the product back.

If the inspection is approved, we will arrange the corresponding handling based on your request. For approved exchange requests, a replacement product will be shipped to your address within 1-3 business days after inspection is completed. Refund Information

Once the returned product has been confirmed, we will process the refund within 1-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, such as a bank card, Visa, or MasterCard. If you do not receive the refund after this processing period, please contact us for assistance.

  • If The Return Or Exchange Is Requested Without Reason, The Shipping Cost Will Be Borne By You
