3. Return And Exchange Process

  • Send the item back to the specified return address and wait for us to receive the parcel.

  • Shipping costs will be covered by us for product appearance issues, product quality issues, unusual odor, severe color differences, or items not as described.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges without reason will be covered by you.
